5. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise or disrupt our systems, manipulate markets, or use unauthorised automated software to access the service.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the platform — software, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks and content — belong to Courcef or are licensed to it, and may not be copied, modified or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Courcef is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing law, changes and contact
